Cancellations
The appointment you selected is reserved especially for you with one of our trained professionals. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hour's notice for any single service.
No Show
"No Show" appointments cost our talented staff Money and we reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service.
Client who cancel or 'NO Show" appointments may be asked to prepay future services. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staffs personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of your booked services.
Late Arrivals
Services that begin late will finish on time so that the next guest is not delayed. We may not be able to extend reserved services for late arrivals.
Fees
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are invidually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
